I like the IEC units that have a built in filter, fuses, and power switch - a few less parts to mount and wire.

Is it up to code if a circular hole is used for this purpose? I know that most power cord strain relief holes that I've seen have straight sides to prevent the cord from twisting. The hole with straight sides would be tougher to do than the IEC hole.
