Love the smell of working cocobolo.

The sawdust however is extremely irritating to my skin, it give my hives on inside of my arm.

Best smelling wood is Amboyna. Sweet and fruity smelling.

Cherry and oak shavings get saved for the smoker.

I love bending chocolate brazilian rosewood with a ton of spider webbing. It's like what steaming water does to coffee. Smells very nice and not at all like burning hair.

Some wood like purple heart you have to be careful breathing in the dust when sanding.I sorta remember something along those lines.Just a thought!

You guys don't like my wood
Oh wait you must not like lpjr's :P

I prefer lightly figured walnut IMO it just distracts from the beauty of the grain and color contrast
Probably just saying that cause I can't afford to buy it if I want some walnut I fire up the ol stihl and go cutting on a tree

Yep, some exotic woods can be hazardous to your health.

Or at least that's what it says on the package.....

That's real purdy. Would be great for almost any guitar. Too good to be wasted on a kitchen cabinet. Maybe a fancy gun cabinet, with bullet proof glass?
