Life is better. My back is in pretty good shape. I got a Teeter inversion table for Christmas and it looks to be the answer to my problems. A miracle even.. not really.. but you know..

I was on my feet about 6 hours today and could still feel my knees and ankles. Just last week making a sandwich put me propped up on pillows in the floor and in tears.

If you have lower back pain from compressive injury please try one of these. Under $300 at Costco and that is less than filling a pain perscription twice PLUS you get your life back.

Finally! I can get back to building things on a schedule and making records and playing and.. everything people do! WOW!! 2014 is going to love me!!!

Mikey, the shit you have been through is 100 times beyond any little annoyance this has been for me. You are amazing.

I drag and limp a little still but it's really a swagger.. cause I am a badass like in a cowboy movie and stuff... plus chicks dig guys with lifting injuries. I might even get an eye patch.
