I used the edge of my table saw.the chassis is actually pretty straight.

I used the table saw to score it also.

Drilling was a lot more work than bending it.

Bending your own is way fun! Welding small ga. aluminum is a BITCH. so easy to burn, and welding the inside edges are usually too difficult, so I just weld a fat bead on the outside that kind of "burns in" the edge, and dress it with a file.

Guts built. Took about 6 hours today. Not too shabby, hopefully not too flabby! Gonna sound test it tomorrow, I'm pretty roasted from today.
