ao-43 choke specks for a 6v6 plexi

Post by menger66 »

Im working on a 6v6 plexi using ao-43 iron, but have no idea of the ao-43 choke specks, I did find this and it looks to me like it says 14 henry, But im not positive what do you guy think? and here's a couple pix of the chassis im ready to start building just need to know if the chokes gonna be ok, my plan is to build it just like a 50watter and just use 6v6. I'm gonna make it with SS and switchable 5ar4 recto thanks mark :D

CH301. It is 14H. I used that very choke in a 2xEL84 Rocket. Current rating is up to snuff I believe as there is more around that choke in ao43, but someone else will have to chime in about 14H vs Huss' suggested 10H. Btw I dropped that 5K5W before the choke in my 6V6 plexi, but my HT was a bit lower than ao43 iron, too. Have fun!
