Just heard Alice's Restaurant on the radio. That's how you know it's really Thanksgiving. Hope everybody eats themselves into an L-Tryptophan coma.

I'm thankful to be a part of such a nice group of people.

I'm thankful to be alive, and for music (especially live music), which makes my life worth living.

I'm thankful for the love of my wonderful wife of 38 years, and for my two boys, who are far away, but always close to my heart.

Happy Thanksgiving, y' all :D

I want a pair of Keds with that print.
Signatures have a 255 character limit that I could abuse, but I am not Cecil B. DeMille.

Let me put t this way. That painting is utterly ridiculous to me like the Olive Garden is probably to you :) I think the painting would be a little more accurate if instead of the generous pilgrim handing food down to the "thankful savage", she was loading her musket, etc.

    :D

    Oh, I like the paint

but I'm sure the situation was a bit different

    with poor dress and things

only the happiness to be still alive

    and gratitude to be even
