I saw something similar in Best Buy recently. The same trick as the cheapo tube drive pedals... Orange LED under the tube.

Its only 1200 bucks I'd like to know what tube and the voltages its opperating at.
I'll bet less than 50 if its even part of the circuit

Most of these things are cathode follower tube buffer feeding a class D amp.

I like most Samsung stuff but that is getting a bit ridiculous.

Vox ToneLab plays the same LED hidden-behind-the-tube trick. Silly, but good use for dead/defective 12AX7s.
