Quick 18 watt vid

Post by HeeBGB »

Just wanted to post a quick vid of my 18 watt clone with 2x12 Sammi ME300B40 speakers. Amp is one of my first builds and is over 10 years old at this point. GDS chassis and tranny set, Orange Drop caps and CC resistors. Cab is one of the first Reason cabs made and as stated the speakers are Sammi ME300B40's.

Guitar is my 53/59 Re-topped conversion. Bridge pup with vol on 4 or 5 at first then all the way up.

Please bear with me as I am still learning to use the new DSLR.

Clip is Guitar=> cord => amp

Circuit is a Marshall 1974x 18 watt trem. The original layout iirc has the PI in position V2 instead of V3. I started this amp back when 18 watt was still a Yahoo group.
