Hello again. I am installing a VVR3 circuit from Hall Amplification onto my JMP clone i built out of an old peavey amp:
What would i need to do to scale just the power tubes? According to the VVR2 instructions, i would need to install a PPIMV (which i really would rather not do) and use an additional capacitor to reduce DC leakage on my guitar volume.
Any thoughts?

If scale just the output, you have turn something down to match the drive signal to the plate voltage. If you also scale the PI it partially accomplishes that for you but the PI character changes some.
