.22 ammo is just about unfindable in NY now anyway.

Some NYS counties have declared all bb and pellet devices to be firearms, so watchout for that.

Westchester considers possession of any wrist braced slingshot to be CCW.

I used to hold a class 1 and 10 FFL, but declined to renew over the implied consent issue. By holding the license you imply consent to warrantless search at any time.

My state and local laws allow me to carry to and from my car where I live and work. I don't go anywhere else since I was robbed by a gang who followed me home the day before I decided I wanted to be heavily armed.

The cops were as bad as the robbers that night. Protect nothing and serve no one.

If you are on the fence about moving to a place where you are allowed a chance or a choice.. allow me to shove your ass off. Vote with your feet. Principles are still worth arguing over.

On one occasion I was in the studio with a crowd people I never met who all kept disappearing into the bathroom and disrupting the session. Over mixing I heard a pistol cock in a purse from 8 feet behind me. I waited a few seconds before turning around to stare right at the purse.

The closest I ever came to hurting my ears in a studio.

No more rap. No more "gospel". No more "R&B". From now on if I don't invite you to work with me I won't even answer your call. I may die poor, but it will be of natural causes.

I am pretty firm on that.

I pulled some info from the data book and ran some numbers of that 6.5-284 load vs a 22LR CCI stinger(about the hottest 22LR load available), both zeroed at 200 yards. For anyone that ever wondered how powerful a 22LR is, here it is.
