how did you hear about Trainwreck
I just started to post here,so I will tell you who i am and how I came to love the trainweck sound. I was born in Woodbrige NJ, Started playing Blues/Rock N Roll in bars at 17 ( Maple Tree Tavern, City Line Bar) .Maybe you have heard of the bands my freinds and I have played for Smokin Catfish, The Night Owls, and the main man on two Fender Twin Wrecks (BB and the Stingers.) Let Me Tell You That Man Was the Best at layin it down. I had a chance to get a Wreck back then,But like most I had what they call FUNDSARELOW, a sickness of most starting Guitar players. So now I will have to build one. PS my Name Is Freddy Blend Check this web site to find out about BB And The Stingers http://www.badweb.com/bb/

Hey Mike ,What exit number? I moved to East Tennessee 8yr ago and the music here is great ,But you better bring your own bass player. My property is against the Smokey mountain park.(aprox 3 acers) and only 278$ a year in taxes/ small house in old bridge 8,547$ a year. I think anyone can tell you New Jersey is a rip off. Smart move getting out of there, Penn is about the same woods just a lot less snow. I built my own music studio, pro tools ,drum room the works, and no sound laws. My Guitar buddy was worried so I took my 9mm and shot 3 rounds off and told him if they anint commin for the gun, they shure don't give two beans about the loud guitars. best to ya

Welcome, Freddy! You'll find this little haven to be a great place for amp-building. Lots of kind, knowledgeable and helpful folks here. To answer your questions: I found out about TW right here in these pages. I joined the forum last year, in search of information about Dumble amps (plenty of that to be found here). I had never heard of TW, until I noticed the forum here. I've probably spent just about as much time on these pages, reading about TW as I have reading about Dumble.
