What kind of fasteners do I want for these:

Yeah, I guess truss head might be the way to go. I use pan head #6 screws that are 1/2".

I like the type of corners that have the counter sunk holes.

I like the screws to sit flush.

I used four of those in the OP on the back of my 70s Ampeg V4 4x12 cab. Good stuff. They came with all that was needed for mounting.

Same here.
I have seen these described as "Music Man" corners.
Ernie Ball may still have them available.
