That's a hoot, Lefty!
If you could croak out Dylan's "Forever Young" that would be cool.M Fowler wrote:Acoustic set all playing no singing required.

Peter Gabriels "In Your Eyes". There is an acoustic version with vocals done by a guy named Jeffrey Gaines that would go over well if you can sing it.

Not at all! I was only suggesting that you do an authentic rendition of Dylan's song!

Well I could use my snark clamp on tuner on my nose to get that Dylan nasally tone.martin manning wrote:Not at all! I was only suggesting that you do an authentic rendition of Dylan's song!

What about that theme in Star Wars where it goes to a scene with Vader entering?

A friend was asked to play Imagine by John Lennon for a church wedding. He changed the lyrics to "Imagine there IS a heaven." Apropos.

Apocalyptica played metallica's dead man walking on cello at my wedding while I walked down the isle. Fitting? You use an elbow and slide

Never been married but I can think of all kinds of ironic music to fit my tastes.
I am thinking Sex Postols and the title matters less.

My first wife is either related to her or Taylor Swift:

Swear to god I've never met someone that could complain about everything more than her. She tried to 'friend' me on FB recently. I told her I wished I had never met her. I know her ego and that was a perfect twist of the blade.
Hopefully the wedding you're playing for is for two adults mature enough to have a friendship as well as love, and not just good sex.
Wait, the good sex was my second wife. First one was just a trophy. I didn't know the trophy had broken record.

How about a good acoustic version of "Another Piece of Meat" by the Scorpions?
