Very Cool !
Never had much success making yorkshire puddings here in the US.
Think it's the flour - needs self-raising.
Gotta go to the international market.
Good idea for New Year's day dinner.
Roast beef, yorkshire pudding, mashed taters, turnip, peas.

I make a standing rib with Yorkshire pudding every year for christmas dinner. All-purpose or bread flour works fine. It usually tries to crawl out of the pan as it cooks, and ends up an undulating mass of both soft and crispy goodness. Whip up a double batch of Bearnaise sauce made with fresh terragon and shallots to go with it and you're well on your way to a MI!

Yeah, this was to go with some braised short ribs. They came out great. This is the first time I sifted the floor. I've had issues getting them right in the past.

Every time I sift the floor I regret it. I sink right down to my knees afterwards. Worse than quicksand!

LOL. Yeah, I actually sifted the flour. Some of it ended up on the floor.
