Hall VVR3

Post by ampgeek »

I bought a couple of the cathode bias variants a few years ago and can't seem to find the technical literature that shows the MOSFET orientation.

Can anybody share that information by picture or description without too much effort?

TIA,
Dave O.

Thanks MCK!

I have a different MOSFET unfortunately. But....if I am interpreting it right...the MOSFET (G)ate lead is closest to the potentiometer.

Is that what ya'll are seeing as well?

Thanks again. I truly appreciate it!

Sincerely,

I think TO-220 and TO-247 MOSFET's have the same pinout ... the gate is closest to the pot

Here's a picture of my homemade copy
