Here is a clip from this morning after bumping up the HRM bass a fairy's pubic hair and backing off the mids and treble a little. OD entrance at 26k. I think I am just gonna close it up and play the damn thing. Cleans are very good on this one.

I suspected a humbucker.

I have one of those '51 Squier's as well.

I stuffed a Mighty Mite Motherbucker in the bridge but it don't sound like yours.... :cry:

Thanks for listening guys! I am not out of the woods yet..... Got an intermittent problem with the HRM board. Chop-sticking leads me to believe I have a bad wire. SHould have used stranded for that HRM riser. Now I have to dismantle something that I put the gleep on before the board was placed. That board feels like it is threaded on that bolt - which is oriented from the bottom of the main board up. WTF was I thinking....

Lesson learned for serviceability :!:
