Still haven't found the tolex or vinyl material but look at the new George Benson HRD they have the same material in gray with black streaks.

I replaced the bad 6AQ5 tube and now the vibrato works very nice.
Replaced the original speaker (saved it though) and updated to 3-prong power cord.
Used the old AC zip cord for a home made vibrato pedal.
Great little amp and I love that red vinyl.
