50w low-plate amp

Hi , has anyone built a 50W low-plate amp with #124 circuit?

Is that a 124 with the original classic tone stack or the skyliner tone stack?

Yes, I have, both classic and skyliner. I did adjust the nfb to 50w specs. Nice amps if you shoot for those tones.

Yes, I converted a D'lite to a 50 watt #124 low plate skyliner. For me it's a great gigging amp for classic rock. Works well with Tele or humbuckers.

As said before it doesn't have the girth of a 100 watter, but doesn't lack at all volume wise.

Yes, I have one also, but mine has a 100W switch on it :)

Are you guys saying that you like a larger than a 4K7 feedback resistor in your 100w?

Ok ,I'll go for a low Plate ,skyliner, with precision power supply!.

This configuration I have never built! ,I hope it can sound good!.

Thanks ,I think I'll go with 8K/1K tail NFB.
