Estate Sale Are any of these items worth it?

Post by yalesmith »

I was at an estate sale and i saw a bunch of tubes, unfortunately most of the tubes were ones i could not use. I did find a tube tester and an oscilloscope and some old resistors and a bunch of old electrolytic caps. I took a picture of the tester and oscilloscope let me know if it is worth buying.

Thanks

1+ Cool, but not worth it. I'm sure neither are calibrated if they are even working.

These are display pieces for your bench. They will give it that cool vintage feel. $5 takes both if you can sacrifice the space on your bench to non productive assets.

Man, ever since eGay was invented, everybody thinks whatever junk they have is worth big bucks!

Estate sales, garage sales, patio sales, yard sales, etc.

We're gonna be millionaires!!!

Especially pawn shops, they put ridiculous prices on things that have to do with music.

This one shop by me has had the same guitars hanging from hooks that they had five years ago.
Probably a money laundering scheme going on.

That old test gear would probably be in the free bin at a Ham Radio meet.

Don't let that smoke out!
