Peavy 5150 donor amp.

Would a first generation Peavey 5150, 120 watt head make a good candidate for a ODS type build?

I was just curious if it had ever been done before, In case I happen to run across one.

I was changing out the fuse holder on my head and while I am not going to butcher that one, It seemed to have plenty of room to work with, and the preamp tube placement seems pretty cool.

The five preamp tubes could allow two extra tubes for effects loops and such.

Anybody have any experience with this?
