I have the tools and skills to do it, so I am going to make my own boards for my D'lite build. I plan on using the files that were given to me on here to go by.
My question is, are there any problems associated with using 1/8th inch thick board material from hoffman? I plan on using regular eyelets, no turrets.
Also, what height standoffs?
Last, are there any boards that would be better off to be purchased pre made as PCB? I am thinking relay boards for one.
Right now I cant get to ampgarage posted files due to the website download applications being blocked on my work computer, and I wont be home for a week. Otherwise I would look on the BOM that were given to me.
Thanks.

1/8th material: that is a common thickness for board making, the boards as supplied by BN where 1/8 thick.dragonbat13 wrote:

standoffs: for the main and power boards I like using .500, .625 and .750 heights and usually stagger pwr and main board heights. IIRC, I used .375 on the BN chassis sidewall for the bias and relay boards. You cannot direct mount those boards using backer boards because the head chassis screws will contact the boards, unless you cut the screw length down to where they barely thread through the hole.
D'Lite PCB: no main boards ever offered that I'm aware off, However, at various times some folks have offered pcb relay boards that can be used. TAG member Colossal offered some universal pcb relays boards at one time.
