I have the Bear Family Untamed Hawk early Merle collection,
and it is outstanding.
Great early tunes in transitional styles, Burton coming in as the lead player, and then Nichols taking over. Merle is in unbelievable voice, so many great songs.
I kept the wine, and threw away the rose-oh, my, my.
The girl turned ripe, Someone told my story, House of Memories.
Great, great stuff.
I like Merle, can you tell?
