Reverb and Vibrato footswitch

Post by Colossal »

On the Princeton reissue schematic, Fender is using a modified footswitching arrangement instead of the four RCA type jacks along the back of the chassis. From the look of the drawing (see attached), the footswitch jack looks like either a double-open circuit or a double-closed circuit, but with the tip switches left unconnected.

Which Switchcraft jack would fit this application?

Thanks!

The switching terminals are not used; FX are "on" unless the tip or ring are grounded, so I think all you need is a 12B TRS.

Cool, thanks for the sanity check Martin! I figured it was a stereo switching (double open) jack but had not seen it drawn that way. 12B it is!

I appreciate the help.
