Try disconnecting the MOV. I don't usually use them.
If it still blows fuses I would replace the switches.
Might be drawing a sizeable arc / shorting.
Does it blow when the Standby or Power switch is turned off?
Some of the gurus might have some better understanding.
Mine usually blow when I turn on, especially if they aren't slow blow - for mains power I use slow blow rated 40/50% higher than the actual current draw.

OK,Thank You Bob,I pulled the MOV and she"s playing steady,I really like the liverpool.It may be my favorite.Its more like the express,After 5 it just screaming,More power than you will ever need,Anyway it was well worth the time and cash to build this amp.Just a few days away from getting everbody here some sounds,Thank again everybody for all the help and rj for the amp parts,Mikey
