Anyone order turrets from Tube Depot lately?

I'm just curious because I read on this board some people saying they were a little corroded.

I'm asking because Hoffman is out of stock and Tube Depot is the only place that sells competitively priced turrets that are the same size.

I received a package with 100 turrets last week and they all looked brand new. The batch I had ordered a few months ago were corroded and I ended up having to blast them with flux to clean them and then tinned them.

Yep, I had a package of 100 single turrets that were corroded. I didn't think to clean them and re-tin becuase I had a batch of double turrets at hand.

I've been buying from CE, AES has double turrets for about .15 ea.

I like CE's Turrets also.Not sure if there the same size as hoffman's.

I belive they have two different sizes.

Just checked CE's site says both turrets are out of stock.

It's a turret crisis.

AES says theirs are in stock which is strange, since CE is their wholesaler.

CE's site's been a little screwy since they change to the new format, so maybe that's why.
