IF this should be moved to a different thread, let me know or feel free to do so. This is a D-inspired design & the schematic and layout are here:

So, I recorded this at a volume that would be about the same as a VibroChamp with volume on "6". My guess was maybe 3-4 watts volume max?
NO effects pedals. Delay, compression and EQ added in mix.
I used 12AV7 tubes in the preamp (along with 5879 pentode), 12AT7 in the LTPI, 6K6 power tubes and 5Y3GT rectifier.
PT is a 275-0-275. So maybe around 305 volts on the 6K6 plates?
I was wondering what kind of D-inspired tone I could still get at around 3 watts volume and this is what I came up with.

Is the cathode on V1b mislabeled on the schematic?
The amp (and playing) sounds mighty fine!

Re: 6K6 Tweed Overdrive D-inspired
Schematic is correct. V1b plate is 150k and the cathode is 2.2k with a 1uf cathode cap.

plate 1
grid 2
cathode 3
V1b pinout labeled:
plate 6
grid 7
cathode also labeled 3 (shouldn't it be pin 8?)
No big deal, just thought I'd mention it.
Re: 6K6 Tweed Overdrive D-inspired
Yes, you are correct. It should have been pin 8.cathode also labeled 3 (shouldn't it be pin 8?)
I misunderstood. I thought you were meaning component values.
