That is usually Vishay/ Sprague
It's weird but every time I check with Mouser they are either out of stock of what I used before or I have to go with a different part number.
Right now I found some Sprague 5uF 25v 10% Little-Lytic Electrolytics
These babies are $3.10 each!

Meh, I checked my order history and found the ones I used before.
The TVA series, which is spec'd as a low leakage cap.
The lowest voltage for a 5uF cap in that series is 50v.
Cheaper than the first cap too @ $2.50.
