Anyone build an amp with a 1A5G?

Post by MCK »

Just came across these tubes and got intrigued. Apparently these were used as power tubes in battery operated radios + car radios etc. Anyone tried building something with them?

Cool little tube.

Low plate voltage at 110v max.

Looks like around 100mw power.

1.4v DC heater voltage

Be cool to make a little battery powered amp. :D
