Contact your local supply house to find out what they carry. Mercury are nice but for your iron plan on spending $300-$450+ each. Hammond are ~$200+ each. Edcor ~$250. Direct Ampeg replacements can be purchased from Ampeg or most supply houses. Since you need 230/240v purchase local to avoid having to deal with primary voltage differences.
