I have a Fender Vibro-King. When I use the tremolo and turn the
intensity all the way up I lose half my amps volume. If I turn the intensity
off, I get full amp volume back. Any ideas?

Expected. Turn it on VERY slow. When it ramps up, you have full volume.
It's what you hear. You perceive lost volume as an average. It IS losing volume, on purpose, at a determined speed.
