KF Express from 1992

Post by FourThirtyTwo »

Found this image just today. Looks like a mallard is burned into the wood on the front panel.

Anyone know any more about this amp?

I can't keep my eyes of that mustache.

The cabinet has some nice figure. Any other info?

Some other highlights:

The light with no shade on it
The JVC 50 (or maybe 100+) CD changer
The kids digi-watch with the bulls t-shirt. Remember how cool the Bulls were in 1992?

What might be best is his honest grin that just tells you "my new amp f*cking rocks!!"

I think wreckboy has mentioned that he owned that amp at one point (two points actually). The moustache appears to belong to Wade Fernandez :)

Well, if it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it must be a Trainwreck.

Nice detective work guys. Cool info all around.

Also, the Hall & Oates link was golden.

omg DeBarge IS John Oates.
Signatures have a 255 character limit that I could abuse, but I am not Cecil B. DeMille.

If it is Charlie FourStar, Wreckboy bought it from a guy and has kept it ever since as his main amp. I know he didn't sell it..
