Wire Gauge for Output and Speaker Jacks?

I know about Dirty Dawg. As you will see, their non-custom chassis only go up to 19". This is the deal I was referring to when I said this:

The biggest ready-made box I could find was 19".

Above that size, shipping goes up to $13, and the price of the box itself goes up.

Here's what I have so far. This is going to be great, assuming the layout doesn't cause any electronic problems.
