THAT WAS EASY!!!
It's too early to hit up RadioShack for a new IEC so I just melted the terminals back into place, got the AC I needed. Fired it up.
Bulb limiter acted like it should.
Got 6.9 on the heaters (might put the resistors back in)
Voltages looked somewhat normal, so I plugged in.
The 4-4-0 is ALIVE!!!! It's a bit too early to crank this sucker up but it works, it is super gainy, and it's dead quiet.
