Bridge pickup for Tele

Anyone could propose nice sounding bridge Tele pickups ? I got MIJ 62 Tele from 94/95 with stock pickups (Texas Special ?), I like neck pickup, but the bridge is a little bit to hot for me - I look for something maybe more ballanced, I remember playing some cheap F. Tele with SD pickups and I eally loved it, though I don't know anything about them.

I have a Bill and Becky Lawrence L48TL for the bridge, and I use an
L45S in the middle position on my Tele, and I think they are great
sounding pickups. Open, airy high end and a bright but very smooth midrange make them very articulate and touch sensitive.
I use them through a D-style HRM and they work great with the OD.
Also, they are a bargain, and Bill and Becky are nice quirky
folks.

semore duncan, lace sensor, possibly a vintage pull from another tele, or new fender customshop.
check out the dealer websites, they should easily guide you to your desired tone.

Active electronics might be a nice way to go you can then balance the pickup to your desired EQ/tone.

Lindy Fralin pickups are highly regarded in teles, as are Harmonic Design. But there are lots of pickups to choose from theses days, just like amps. Someone is always building the "latest/greatest".
I've been using Harmonic Design for a bunch of years, currently using the Vintage Plus set and am very happy with them.

I've heard a lot of good voices about Bill Lawrence stuff, the Keystones seems to be nice, I'm rather into passive pickups and singles, the only problem is that I'm located in EU and many of this products that were mentioned are rather exotic here so I probably won't have any occasion to test them before .

I love Lindy Fralin's pickups in general. Jason Lollar is well known for his Tele pickups. The other one I like a lot, the last few years, is the Dimarzio Virtual Vintage Tele bridge pickup, which is a stacked humbucker, so it is quiet, and it sounds great.

If your bridge pup is to hot......texas speacial 10.5k bridge......is pretty hot for a tele pup. I have both ducan and fralin in my teles. both sound great. Are you wanting more twang out of the bridge? If you drop down to the 6.6k range the pups not as dark but gives you some twang and bite. I have fralin blues speacials in a "heavier tele" and really brought it to life. I have stock fralins in my paulownia wood tele and it's lite as hell and loud. The combination of the lite guitar and these awesome pups make a seriously dynamic and fun guitar to play.

Late to the party because I am a P90 victim.
A SD Vintage for Broadcaster STL-1b with an unknown cheapo at the neck position really opened up some new perspectives for me.
I run them in series 99% of the time - sounds like an Albert Collins meets early Will Sergeant party to me.
Both from fleabay UK used, just to try out and sell on, but they both stayed.
Not a great help I know, but if you stay with good brands you can always sell them on.

I have Fender branded Lace-Sensors in all three Tele's.

Fender's Original Vintage Telecaster pickups are used in some custom models and sound good. Alnico 3 mags. Lots of detail, snap and twang, but no ice-pick to my ears. Dirt cheap as well. Duncan Broadcaster is great, too.

+1 on the alnico 3 Fender reissues (not the hot ones). Way in the direction of Roy B., if that is what you are looking for.
