Ok, brand new Champ Supre build. Sounds great on the bench through whatever speakers. 4x12 1x12.... It sounds good with umbilical connection to intended cab. Once I put it in the cab, I get all sorts of static noises when i crank it up. The interior of the cab is wood and its bolted from the top with dress washers and bolts. ?? Thats it. Out good / in bad?? What could it be.

Re: Cab riddle
I would guess that the problem is a vibration of the cabinet against the chassis somewhere. I have seen this many times. Start looking for contact points between the cabinet and the chassis. Once you find it, it is a matter inserting some material in the in proper place. Usually some rubber weather stripping or something of that nature to block the transfer of energy between the cab and chassis.
Yikes
Bad craftsmanship on my part.... I forgot to solder one on my 22uf filter caps....its in the turret but loose..... Man on man.
Can't believe I missed that. Its soldered and all is well, lesson learned.
Thanks for the push.

Re: Cab riddle
Glad you got it solved. I think you were lucky. The cab rattle issue that I mentioned is usually harder to solve than soldering a cap.
