40w HRM X-Model clips

Post by talbany »

I just finished remixing some IMO pretty cool clips of my X-Model...HRM 40w version..Same as Jack's (but in the 40)
This ones loaded with TAD short bottles Mercury Mag Transformers..
I'll try and answer any other questions.. The amp is a full PCB..
I hope you like them..

Yikes, that's some nice tone. Is that you playing too, what type of guitar? Very tasty. I really like those TAD short bottles myself.

Hey Bill.. Thanks!.. Telacaster!!.. The short bottles ain't half bad in that amp.. I like the 34's too.. There's also some old mojo going on in those Mercury's as well I believe..
Best of Luck!!

Sounds really good! I'd like to hear some more pickup positions, too, to let 'er strut her stuff a bit more.

Outstanding stuff Tony! Loved both of them. How come you're not a bigtime studio man? Really great playing too.

Is that Merc Mag iron custom? If not, I don't suppose you'd tell?

88 Elmira was a bit further south about 40 minutes from me..
Before 88 he lived near a town called Accokeek which is about 15 mi down Rt 5 from where I am..A very good friend of mines wife moved into that house before he made the move to 88..One of the best shows I think I ever saw was Danny and Lonnie Mack in DC playing the Roxy and Danny got up and played Wham with Lonnie..What a special night.. Never forget it..
