What are you guys using,RCA?Bananas? I cant find a banana jack thats insulated on the mounting post.Just wondering what the BOM called for

I use "proper" tip jacks, that accept the .080" dia. pins from your DMM, like the Hoffmans, not the banana jacks.

I prefer the banana jacks. I have a cable that has the the twin banana plugs on boith ends. I plug in one end in the meter and the other end in the amp.

Of couse that is me..... :)

Too big and confusing a hole for me (say what?) I'd worry some curious monkey will stick something inappropriate in there. When I do this I use the probe jacks mentioned, but normally I avoid non-essentials that can fail, like 1 ohm resistors. I don't sell amps and only fix for friends but you never know where stuff winds up.

The package was dropped off at the Minnesota Post Office on Tuesday and Gary said it arrived on Friday, not too bad :!:
