I can put up an educated guess that I think will get you to where you want to go. The original Rocket used a 15 henry 75mA choke and I can't see any reason why the reduced wattage would call for a change to that value with the exception of requiring less current capability. I sell a custom wound version but you can also use the Hammond 158L, they are basically identical.
i'll go a step further and say that you can probably get by with a choke that is rated at 10 to 15 henry and handle ~50mA of current will do the trick. I think the resistance of the units I sell is 347 ohms and the Hammond is going to be similar.
