I ordered the vintage spec Express output transformer with 6K6 ohm primary directly from Heyboer about a year ago (the spec that Tonelsut used to sell). The transformer code on the receipt is HTS-8110-6K.
The wire colours of the primaries are red, blue and brown as opposed to the normal Toneslut green, blue and purple. It's like the colour code used in the 6K6 tap of the old style dual primary Toneslut OT.
To check which wire is the centre tap, I measured the resistance between the wires (it's not soldered in yet). I got approx 42ohm between the red wire and the others, and approx 85ohm between the blue and brown wires.
So I'm pretty sure the centre tap is the red one. This seems consistent with the colour coding of the old dual primary OT. But I just wanted to get some sort of confirmation from some of the more experienced builders out there.
Cheers,
Rick

Re: Heyboer OT wire colour confusion
you are correct, they are color coded just like an old Fender. Tonelsut changed them for some odd reason. I have used both kinds. I pretty much had the phase right for the red, blue, brown ones and then got cornfused with the toneslut colors on his last ones.

Re: Heyboer OT wire colour confusion
Yup they changed.
