One tube reverb

Hi!!!

Does anybody built a one tube reverb? I have a schematic but i don't know that component values are all correct. It sounds good? Sorry for my english.

Yes, I've used it a few times. It works as posted, but I've made some changes that I think makes it sound better.

Up R1 to 150k, adds some reverb depth at lower settings.

Added a filter cap, 22uF after R10, used 2.2k for R10.

Upped C4 to .001uF, fattens up the reverb, less "surf".

I've also used an ECL86 in place of the 12AX7. The ECL86 is 1/2 12AX7 and the other half is an EL84. Oneproblem with this tube is the screen pin on the socket tends to arc so you need to keep the screen voltage down with a big screen resistor.

Requires an additional PI filter connected to point P on the schematic. Another 2.2k and 22uF works fine, then a 330K screen resistor. Check the ECL86 data sheet for pin out.

So I redrawn the schematic and improved the values that You suggested.

Now it's correct?

What do you think about this solution to conect reverb in that way?
