What's the control on the back panel?
Looks good.

This pot, as per Ceriatone layout, is a Overdrive trim, it give you more or less Overdrive.

Godi,
Great looking amp and I'm inspired to build one based on how nice yours came out! CE's chassis' are beautiful. How does your 4x6V6 HRM compare tonewise to a 4x6L6? Can you get the Eric Johnson violin tone from it? I've got a 6V6 plexi with almost those exact voltages on it as yours (440+V on the plates)
Cheers.

Nice build indeed. I haven't seen those numbered trim pots before either?

Yes, what are those trimmers and do you find your power transformer up to the task for this amp?
Any issues you have had to fix along the way will help other builders building a similar amp.

I bought these numbered trimmers at Mouser, they are rated to 1 Watt, part number : 858-93PR10KLF (for the 10K one) and cost $5.65 ea. I bought 1/4 watt trimmers at first, but I felt they were underrated or to fragile, so I searched for something stronger. Those 1 watt will last forever.
I wouldn't drive four 6L6 with this Hammond 290DX power transformer but it is up to the task for four 6V6 (or two 6L6 family tubes). Today I tried the amp with four 6V6, then a pair of NOS tung-Sol 5881 (label RCA) and a pair of KT66, my choice is a quad of 6V6.
This amp is LOUD !
I may still have some tweak to do, the Master knob have no effect, and I'm not sure if the relays work, I still don't understand how the circuit work, should the relays work without the footswitch ?
I don't feel that a newbie like me can give any advices. ('')

Many guys have used that PT (myself included) on this forum for 50W and 100W. Haven't heard any issues with it. 450mA, its strong.
