General Rohren EL84's

Post by Bob S »

Has anyone tried these ? At $42 / quad they are inexpensive. I was going to try some in my Liverpool and wondered if any of you good people already had.
Thanks,
Bob

Rebranded Russian 6П14П (6P14P) from Reflektor. Can give excellent results.

Rohren/Reflektor EL84's

Thanks FYL - I already have a set of 6p14p's. Bought them for when I fire up my clone(s) for the first time. You're right about how good they sound. I was quite surprised, especially for the price I paid for them.

I've got a set of the General Rohren EL84s that I only ever use as startup tubes.

I might have to give them a listen! :?

Vintage 6P14P's are some of the best EL84's ever manufactured.
