The Accent switch is like a presence circuit. It adds a touch of brilliance to the top end.
The Master controls the overall amp volume.
The switch next to it is a channel switch (assuming you don't use relays for channel switching).
The Level controls the OD output volume (in relation to the clean volume).
The Drive controls the amount of gain (or distortion) you get from the OD section.
The Trimmer controls the amount of signal you pump into the OD section.
The Jazz/Rock switch shapes the tone, but I don't know of anyone who uses the jazz position.
The Deep switch softens the tone a bit. (Think Carlton)
The Bright switch brightens the top end.
The switch at the back is for a local feedback loop which again shapes the tone making it a bit "rounder."
