I guess it looks like something different to different people.
Sort of like clouds in the sky.
I can see a 9 or possibly a 3.
But it sure doesn't look like a 1 to me.

anyone come up with the value of the od1 grid input resistor---it doesn't look like 68 k to me----

Me neither. Looks like two red lines...22K?? Except I see no orange line. 22K would be pretty low based on history... maybe 82K ??

That's most definitely a 68.1K, 1% tol, 50PPM/C resistor.

It looks like he has the output tubes grounded together in pairs through a 2 ohm resistor. Never saw that before. He was a real cat skinner.
