Personally, I think so many of these things were prototypes, and Dumble had big dreams which (for reasons we may never know) just never took things to the next level. Lots of one-offs and interesting things that never saw the light of day......weird

Maybe he just really enjoys the creative process of designing and building prototypes.
From what I can tell it has many signs of this. To me it looks like he is having fun doing this too. I love creative people like that.

I just find the whole Dumble "thing" back then to be an interesting dichotomy when compared to Smith/Boogie. Howie could have been a serious contender for sure....
