Those switches are complete garbage, Henry is spot on with his comment.
I really like Mountain switches. Really solid, not cheap though.

Thx for the schem. I drew up the layout, not in proportion but I'll fix that later.bluesfendermanblues wrote:You won't need the additional tube stages.
Either make a couple of Y-cables or do it in-the-box as on the Schematic.
I think the Dumbleator II is made for a stereosystem (or a dry + wet) with two poweramps + speakers, which is nice but larger than a simple build-in loop.
Why is the .47uF cap there after the mixer resistors? There's no DC voltage so what's the purpose?

Have you bought that same brand (which they don't even mention)?

Re: Dumbleator II with mixer
I hounestly have to admit that I took that right from the Aiken article where he add both a .47 uF and a 1M resistor.Bob-I wrote: Why is the .47uF cap there after the mixer resistors? There's no DC voltage so what's the purpose?
Which software are you using for the attached and where do you get the symbols for same??
@ Bob-I
EDIT: I found a couple of your VISIO files and downloaded a trial version fo the program. Is it ok with you if I use these as templates for future layout postings??
