JTM45 chassis question

Post by Siaip Ciuvas »

Hi,

Greetings from freezing Lithuania (thats in Europe, folks!) :)

long time lurker here, more player than amp builder, but now decided to build JTM45 based amp to start with (don't think Dumble is ideal for a first amp project... :) ). I have found pretty much all I needed from schematics, layouts, parts suppliers... But didn't find any reliable chassis drawing, to check the original spacing between trannies, tubes, etc. I could order ready made chassis, but since my friend works in metal workshop and has access to laser cutting and bending machines, I tought why not to have more fun and make my own chassis, including some tweaks like making it more compact, integrate FX Loop jacks, etc.

If anyone could help, I would highly appreciate it!

ps. I have used search across the board, and found nothing except dumble and twreck stuff...

Welcome to the forum.

This is what I have on hand. Haven't built from it so I don't know how accurate it is.
