I've used those switches before. If you use solid-core wire it's actually pretty easy to create little "loops" that will slide right on the pins and it's easy to solder them then.

I usually put the wires in the preampboard before I solder the eyelets. Are the wires hidden under the board?

This should be a fun amp when it is done! I hope you can build this one as nice as Moss does. I had one in earlier this week. Really nice work.

Unless I'm mistaken, (which happens a lot) the caps on the HRM board are from SKD electronics.

Does anyone have a source for these? I've called the factory 2 times with no response from the sales department. I get the impression they want to sell big quality.

If they aren't the SKD's which are they?????

Anyone one use them in other locations????

I finally got through to STK regarding their caps.

I was told that they pretty much make everyhting to order, i.e. don't like small orders. I couldn't pin them down to a minimun quality but their minumun order is $250.00. No distributers!!!

For those that have used them, any magic???

Polyester, polypropylene?
