Do they say that when you buy a 100 watt surround receiver?
BTW, your receiver will sound like crap until you log 100 hours of use.

I remember people saying that about the Solen caps but I don't recall how long they said those took to break in.

Get some Sozos, build an amp with them and then listen to it. Then listen to it after 100 hours of break-in and you might be convinced.

I love Sozos for Marshall-style builds but they sound awful fresh out of the box and fantastic after being broken in.

I certainly wouldn't wait 4 days to play a newly-completed amp if it wasn't warranted!

I ran my looper through the amp with the power tubes pulled all weekend. I didn't do any scientific tests, but it really sounds good now, and I think I can hear a difference. Before I "broke them in," it sounded sort of gritty, even when clean. When I played last night, it seemed quite bit smoother, really nice. Like I said, I can't say for sure, but it sure seemed like it sounded better after breaking them in.

I've just changed my 5W Liverpool to all Sozo Vintage capacitors the "premium" ones so to speak.

and they're f*cking SICK! lol sorry they're very good indeed.
