Dumble sound - Robben Ford

Post by ampcrack »

I was just listening to a Yellowjackets tune called: Pass It On.
Here Robben Ford plays an incredible and amazing solo.
But was he using a Dumble?
The song is from 1983 off the: Mirage A Trois Album.
To me the guitar sounds somewhere between his Inside Story and Talk To Your Daughter Album.

That should be his Dumble with a Strat and a 335. If I recall correctly, he used a chorus a bit on that album too.
